Episode 44: Orange and Yellow Ray Interactions

Nithin joins Jeremy to discuss an area of shared interest: the orange and yellow ray energy centers and the way they are worked with in our very human, very organized lives. Distinguishing between those one-on-one, orange ray relationships and the more coordinated, socially inflected yellow ray roles is not always clear. However, the more we can understand our catalyst in these two centers, the more we can open the pathway to the green ray center, the springboard to the higher energies. These issues and frameworks for approaching them are discussed in light of friendships, professional settings, power dynamics, service opportunities, and other real world situations where the effect of the cultural and personal distortions vary.

Episode 43: Purity

After taking most of February and March off, Ryan and Jeremy are back, this time continuing to explore sessions recently published on the Living Love and Light podcast by addressing Confederation commentary on the subject of purity. Hatonn and Latwii go to great lengths to distinguish their definition of purity from how it is regarded spiritually or religiously in our society. Instead of stressing purity as an adherence to rules or a removal of certain parts of ourselves, they emphasize the simple and wholesome radiation of the Creator’s light within us. The very nature of incarnation requires the admixture of elements that will seem to make us impure, yet our seeking and striving to polarize allows us to purify our intentions and render the imperfections of life moot.

Episode 37: The Mysteries of Service

Nithin Reddy joins Jeremy once more to dive into what those of Q’uo describe as the mysteries and paradoxes of service. How do we know whether we’re truly serving the other self, when the other self may not understand its own spiritual project and true desire? How do we give freely with no conditions so that we can give others the freedom to discover themselves that we seek to give ourselves? What do we as servants desire from those we serve, and how do we use even services that go poorly as ways to understand ourselves better? Where do the social norms and pressures fit into all this?

We can strive to be more polarized, but this is so difficult without any way to judge our polarity. Service encompasses all of the mysteries contained in an illusion of separation refracting and mediating the underlying unity of the Creator. Q’uo offers novel approaches to keeping the faith that love expressed and received are the true natures of service. As we learn to abide in patience and bring through more and more purified love and light, we make ourselves open, available, and even grateful for all the opportunities for growth and connection that service offers.

Episode 34: The Magical Personality

Returning to the session first discussed in episode 32, Ryan and Jeremy follow Q’uo’s segue from discussing the higher self to exploring a highly specialized and articulated version of that self. The magical personality is a powerful way that we access our future sixth density self’s wisdom and experience to use in our third density life now. However, it must be used with reverence and caution. What does it mean to invoke the magical personality, and what are the ways in which it may be accomplished? How do we build the best relationship with this powerful form of consciousness?

Episode 32: The Higher Self

Happy Wednesday, other selves! On this episode, Ryan jumps back on the mic for another romp through the Confederation philosophy’s finer points, this time focusing on a Q’uo session from 1989 dealing with the idea of the higher self. Jeremy and Ryan work through half of the session, talking about the concept of true simultaneity, the drama of polarity through sixth density, and the nature of the higher self as a gift from ourselves so crucial to our continued evolution.

We will pick up the rest of the session next time as Q’uo bridges the gap between the higher self and the magical personality, that invocation of the higher self in our waking consciousness. As always, let us know how we’re doing!

Episode 30: How to Serve Others

Happy Tuesday, other selves! Nithin Reddy joins Jeremy on this episode to discuss a variety of concerns surrounding how we serve our fellow humans. Service with respect for the free will of others requires all of our resources: our creativity, our full hearts, and even our imagination. Sometimes it is not our service that is needed at all, or perhaps not the service we planned on offering, both situations calling for great discernment and discipline. Or the service can go awry and teach us something we didn’t expect. We can make ourselves ready to respond best to situations through practicing our connection with our deeper self so that expressing faith, love, and patience become more natural and radiant.

Episode 29: Scientific vs. Spiritual Understanding

Happy one year anniversary of the inaudible podcast, other selves! On this episode, Ryan and Jeremy discuss the differences (and similarities) between the scientific understanding of reality and the spiritual understanding of reality. This takes us into the way scientific progress is marshaled to political and practical ends that reflect our spiritual immaturity. However, if we recognize that all narratives of reality are limited, we can learn how to adopt and discard narratives to suit our higher, spiritual ends. Spiritual discipline allows us to maintain a concept of self that is not fixed to one narrative, making it possible for us to transcend limitations without losing ourselves in the process.

Episode 28: Guidance

Happy Ides of March, other selves! On this episode, Ryan and Jeremy review a 2005 session where Q’uo addresses the idea of our spiritual guidance system, how to establish contact with it, and how to think about it in one’s life. This includes formal practices such as automatic writing as well as more fleeting expressions like synchronicities and dreams. We’ll discuss this more intuitive way to come into a relationship with one’s evolution as well as the similarities of contacting one’s guidance with making contact through channeling.

Episode 27: The Spirit Complex, Part 2

Happy Wednesday, other selves! On this episode, Ryan and Jeremy return to that 1991 Q’uo session on the spirit complex and the soul to finish their read-through and analysis. Jeremy gives a brief synopsis of the ground covered last episode, returning to a passage near the beginning of the session with good advice on how to interpret and think about Confederation information. Then we pick up where we had left off, rounding out Q’uo’s discussion of the spirit complex and its role in the sometimes painful lessons of love and acceptance involved in spiritual evolution. Q’uo then moves on to concept of the soul, which they seem to use to refer to our totality as entities. There’s an interesting part at the end about learning to love without judgment or criticism.
