Departing from the normal agenda of analyzing Confederation philosophy through the lens of specific channeled materials, Jeremy relates some thoughts he’s been having since working daily with artificial intelligence tooling for software developers. The central paradox in the application of this philosophy to real, material human life is that of the self-aware instrument: a tool to be used by another intelligence, nevertheless imbued with self-awareness and the animating desire of the upward spiraling light. What does it mean to be sovereign and free as well as an instrument? How can a mere tool bear responsibility?

Jamie keeps Jeremy on the rails as they explore questions like: do we have free will, and if so, in what sense? Which part of ourselves makes the decisions? If our waking consciousnesses are too helpless to progress spiritually on our own, does instrumentality help us begin to cooperate with our greater, plural selves to orchestrate a more intelligent manifestation in space and time of the timeless, ineffable Original Idea of the One Infinite Creator?

Continuing their survey of the Confederation’s commentary on marriage and relationships, Jamie and Jeremy explore some of the sides of the topic left unaddressed in episode 67. Starting with a breakdown of gender roles and their spiritual purposes, they then look at the Confederation’s opinions on abuse and divorce. Jamie and Jeremy draw on their own experiences with relationships to provide a human side to the catalytic inferno into which mated relationships draw seekers and provide some thoughts on how to approach this intense and heartbreaking experience of growing and balancing with this single, charged mirror, with no lack of rants and tangents.

Jamie and Jeremy reflect on the stories of two public figures in the Law of One milieu: David Wilcock and Bentinho Massaro. They discuss the role Wilcock played in their seeking as well as his place in the larger community around our philosophy given his recent tragic death. They then address a new podcast series featuring interviews with ex-members of Massaro’s cult. Contrasting his actions with the clear principles of service-to-others, they discuss the place of authority, free will, and humility in engaging with spiritual seeking in our human, veiled lives.

Jamie and Jeremy turn to the Confederation’s thoughts on mated relationships in this episode, drawing upon their personal experience with relationships to put the fourth, fifth, and sixth density messages from our tradition in a human context. The Confederation tends to stress the importance of knowing oneself honestly, as this helps the seeker to be more open and vulnerable with their mate, yielding some of the most potent catalyst for growth people encounter in their incarnation. Through meditation we tap into the sacred nature of ourselves, the other self, and the resulting relationship-self, thereby expanding inner and outer inquiry into potentially every level of awareness. By mirroring in better or worse ways, the mate furnishes their partner a consistent subject upon which to focus their love, making their place in our lives a complex but utterly consequential aspect of the upward spiraling light.

Given the state of the world at the outset of 2026, Jamie and Jeremy discuss the Confederation's thought on the subject of despair. Laleema shares their view on the condition with regards to the mind, body, and spirit complexes, finding spiritual despair to be an absolutely necessary experience for the seeker. The task then becomes to work with our bodily and mental despair to transmute them into that of the spirit, where we can surrender our limitations of mind and body to the Creator and do Its will. The ideas of Søren Kierkegaard on despair are sprinkled in, and a Q'uo transcript from a few years sheds light on the operation of despair as part of a cycle in the life of love.

When asked about the disciplines of the personality, those of Ra responded with three directives: “One, know yourself. Two, accept yourself. Three, become the Creator.” What does it mean to know yourself? Which self? How much knowledge? What is this knowledge, its nature? Jamie and Jeremy discuss these questions in light of emotions, dreams, energy system blockages, desires, and the neverending search for the center of ourselves and other selves.

How should we relate to the more fantastic elements in Confederation philosophy like contact with extraterrestrial entities, the effects of the pyramid structure, and UFOs/UAPs? How do we know what's real? Is any of it required study for our spiritual progress? What role does it play in our lives, our faith in the Creator, and ability to polarize and serve others? Jamie Liestman joins Jeremy to discuss how seekers might work with these less philosophical parts of the philosophy, recounting their personal experiences with the sublime, the supernatural, and where service fits into that.

Returning from their hiatus, Nithin and Jeremy look into what Confederation entities might have to say about the subject of depression. We look at depression in several senses: as a starving of love from its source, a rejection of the self and the circumstances in which it finds itself, an opportunity to empty the self in order to make room for the new, and more. Applying their experience with depressive states at various moments in their lives, Jeremy and Nithin delve into the nature of this condition as one milestone in an overall process of transformation. We are not asked to understand so much as to have faith in the goodness of this transformation and, in so doing, take responsibility for our small role as instruments of our Creator.

In this final installment of our series on the archetypal mind, Dr. Stephen Tyman joins us once more to help us begin to explore the spirit cycle of the tarot. We discuss the unfathomably vast scope of the spirit complex through the lens of its seven stations. Here seeking has become so refined that desire, the motive force of evolution, and its object begin to blend. Our individuated consciousness stands naked before our true identity as the Creator Itself. Perilous, subtle, and promising, work in the spirit complex involves encountering our deepest emotions, including faith and despair, joy and terror, as we balance these experiences and discipline ourselves to apprehend in some small way the colossal forces of intelligent infinity without recourse to the traction provided by the body complex and the mind complex.
